Typically handmade items with natural gemstones will vary slightly from the photos, as each natural stone is unique in color, size, and variegation; and jewelry lengths may range within a 1/4 to 1/2". Please review our photos and descriptions carefully so that you feel comfortable with your purchase. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item so that we can discuss refund or exchange of non-sale items. In the case of a return, shipping is the buyers responsibility.For broken or defective items, please email us (alison@alisonblairstudio.com), along with pictures so we can determine how to proceed. 

If we mutually decide upon a refund, the item must be shipped back within 4 business days (buyer pays for shipping on returns) of initial query, and should be packed well and returned in the condition in which it was originally shipped.

We guarantee all work for 6 months from time of purchase w repair or replacement of the same or near same item. If a customer requests a repair outside of the warranty timeline, Alison Blair Studio will estimate cost of repair and customer will pay for shipping in both directions.
